Charles J “Chic” Schoerne and James “J.J.” Jones \, a former Army missile technician\, will be on hand for the talks starting at 11 a.m. beneath a tent in the museum’s parking lot\, just south of the gardens.\n\nAfter the ceremony\, guests will be invited inside the museum for light refreshments provided by the Pilot Club of Daytona Beach. Entertainment will be provided by the Bethune-Cookman University tuba and euphonium ensemble. Parking will be available in lots at St. James Episcopal Church and the Casements.
