The event is called Ormond Beach Live Original Music & Art Festival and will feature 12 stages and over 100 original music acts comprising mostly of Rock\, Folk\, Jazz and Country music. The event will also consist of a community stage which will feature area dance groups as well as host drum circles opened for public participation. The event will also feature artists\, vendors\, food vendors\, a beer garden and a kid zone. DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the culture and traditions of Native Americans as the City of Ormond Beach proudly presents the 29th Native American Festival at Rockefeller Gardens\, 26 Riverside Drive\, on Saturday and Sunday\, January 20 and 21. \nThe festival will begin with a Grand Entry Opening Ceremony in the Dance Arena.  Over 20 trading booths will be open as well as several demonstrations\, including the Native American Village\, a craft market\, storytelling\, wild life exhibits\, encampment shows and new this year is a “Kids Zone” sure to keep the children busy creating memories and keepsake items. \nThe food court will serve authentic Native American foods as well as all-American barbeque.  The Native American Village will host several alligator and reptile shows throughout the weekend. \nOn Saturday\, January 20\, the Festival begins at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.  The Grand Entry will be at 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.   Sunday hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the Grand Entry at 1:00 p.m. \nDaily admission is $6.00 for adults\, $5.00 for Seniors (50+) and $4.00 for children ages 4-11.  For more information\, please contact The Casements at 386-676-3216.

DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the culture and traditions of Native Americans as the City of Ormond Beach proudly presents the 29th Native American Festival at Rockefeller Gardens\, 26 Riverside Drive\, on Saturday and Sunday\, January 20 and 21. \nThe festival will begin with a Grand Entry Opening Ceremony in the Dance Arena.  Over 20 trading booths will be open as well as several demonstrations\, including the Native American Village\, a craft market\, storytelling\, wild life exhibits\, encampment shows and new this year is a “Kids Zone” sure to keep the children busy creating memories and keepsake items. \nThe food court will serve authentic Native American foods as well as all-American barbeque.  The Native American Village will host several alligator and reptile shows throughout the weekend. \nOn Saturday\, January 20\, the Festival begins at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.  The Grand Entry will be at 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.   Sunday hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the Grand Entry at 1:00 p.m. \nDaily admission is $6.00 for adults\, $5.00 for Seniors (50+) and $4.00 for children ages 4-11.  For more information\, please contact The Casements at 386-676-3216.

DESCRIPTION:Closing out April and opening May\, is Art in the Park – the last arts and crafts fair of the spring before the dog days of summer set in.  More than 100 exhibitors participate in this show annually.  Entering its 44th year in 2016\, Art in the Park is hosted by the City of Ormond Beach Department of Leisure Services in partnership with the Ormond Memorial Art Museum. DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, April 24\, from 1 to 4:30 p.m.\, Creative Happiness Institute will hold its annual National Poetry Month Festival. The event\, held in the Gallery of The Casements in Ormond Beach\, will feature forty poets and singers/songwriters and an open mic for audience members to read poems of their own. \nGroups sending their poets include The Tomoka Poets\, Live Poets\, Florida State Poets Association\, MainStreet Art and Culture Slam\, Daytona State College\, and Deltona High School. Musical entertainment will include Lana Chapel\, Lady Love Rebel (Bodil Haheim)\, Elliot Kane\, Roger Duvernoy\, and a special satiric song medley by Robert Blenheim. \nSister Cities of Volusia County will provide free light refreshments\, and snacks and beverages will also be for sale. The event is made possible by Ormond Beach MainStreet\, the Ormond Beach Arts District and by funding in part from a grant by the Cultural Council of Volusia County\, and is open to the public free of charge.
